明治・大正期、竹工芸の代表的な作家であった初代田辺竹雲斎、飯塚琅玕齋の貴重な作品を中心に、竹の芸術性を追求してきた作家の多様な作品をご覧いただきました。日本の伝統的竹工芸における時代の変遷や編組技術の素晴らしさ、現代アートとしての存在を確立しつつある作風など、竹の可能性を感じていただけたと思っています。
We exhibited Yumekoubou's bamboo collection at Kyoto Pulse Plaza from June 27th to 29th, 2025.
We showed a variety of works by artists who have pursued the artistic value of bamboo, focusing on the precious works of Tanabe Chikuunsai I and Iizuka Rokansai, who were representative bamboo craftsmen in the Meiji and Taisho periods. We believe that visitors were able to feel the potential of bamboo, such as the changes in the times in traditional Japanese bamboo crafts, the wonderful weaving techniques, and the style that is establishing its presence as contemporary art.

夢工房では、2018年から2020年にかけて、当時の竹工芸コレクションを２冊の本にしました。
青い本は「田辺竹雲斎」のコレクションとなっており、初代から四代までの作品を収録しています。
赤い本は、飯塚琅玕齋、二代飯塚鳳斎、早川尚古斎、前田竹房斎、和田和一斎、末村笙文、鈴木玩々斎の作品を収録しています。

Between 2018 and 2020, YumeKoubou published two books (Blue and Red) of our bamboo collection at that time.
The blue book is the Tanabe Chikuunsai collection, and includes works from the first to fourth generations.
The red book includes works by Iizuka Rokansai, Iizuka Hosai II, Hayakawa Shokosai, Maeda Chikubosai, Wada Waichisai, Suemura Shobun, and Suzuki Gengensai.
