We are pleased to announce our participation in the “Salon d’Art Asiatique,” to be held from June 5 to 8 at Galerie Charpentier, located at 76 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris’s 8th arrondissement, opposite the Élysée Palace.
For our third participation in Printemps Asiatique, we are proud to present an exhibition entitled “Renro – Life Circles, Prayer Overflow,” featuring works centered around the theme of prayer.
The lotus flower, which blooms gracefully from the mud, is in Japan a symbol deeply connected to Buddhism and one of the most enduring emblems of prayer. Origami cranes are likewise widely recognized as symbols of peace and prayer.
From a Buddhist sculpture of the Kamakura period to works by contemporary artists, we invite you to discover the many forms of prayer across the ages.

泥の中から優雅に花開く蓮は、日本において仏教と深く結びついた象徴であり、祈りを表す存在のひとつです。また、折り鶴も平和や祈りの象徴として広く親しまれています。本展では、鎌倉時代の仏像から現代作家による作品まで、多彩な表現を通して「祈り」のかたちをご紹介いたします。さまざまな時代や表現に息づく祈りの世界を、ぜひ会場にてご覧ください。
